Get ready for spring!  Learn how to help improve your flexibility and reduce the risk for injuries utilizing self AIS.  Active Isolated Stretching is a dynamic, facilitated stretching technique that aims to extend the range of motion in muscles by holding the stretch no longer than two seconds at a time. Please wear loose clothing and bring a thick yoga mat
